Insurance
I do not accept insurance. Unfortunately, the current health care system often does not support mental health care in a way that allows me to provide the highest level of care while also protecting your privacy as fully as possible.

You may still be able to receive reimbursement for part of your treatment. Before contacting me, please review your insurance coverage carefully and ask your insurance company the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• Are benefits limited to in-network providers?
• If out-of-network care is covered, how much will be reimbursed?
• What is my deductible, and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year are covered?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Please be aware that your insurance company may request diagnostic, treatment, and other sensitive personal information, and coverage is not guaranteed. They may also request a phone interview with me to discuss your care and determine eligibility. I will work to help you obtain coverage while sharing as little personal information as possible. Please note that medications, including older ones, often require pre-certification.


Payment is due by check or Zelle within two weeks of the statement date. Credit cards are not accepted. Please submit your statement to your insurance company only after your balance has been paid and confirm that any reimbursement will be sent directly to you. I bill at the end or very beginning of each month, and you will receive an email statement with all necessary information.

Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy depends on the type of treatment you receive. We will discuss this in person.
